What is regenerative agriculture?

Compost

We compost our chicken manure with straw bedding from the barn which is full of beef and goat manure.

Fertilizer

We blend our own re-mineralization fertilizer using a custom recipe for every plant we grow. This heals our soil and builds an environment in which plants can thrive.

Silviculture

Trees are the secret to making our pasture a nutritious powerhouse for our livestock. California Blue Oak and Honey Locust trees provide excellent food year round.

Perennials

Our livestock rotation and irrigation practices encourage perennials in our pasture. This creates a varied diet that lets our animals choose what to eat each day.

By eliminating all the middlemen, we ensure financial sustainability for both our farm and customers. We process our animals on-site, partner with local family-owned butcher shops, and deliver premium meat straight to your door. This is the gold standard for farm-to-table excellence.
